The Service is not involved in the conclusion, execution or control of transactions between users.
The platform provides tools for:

placing information about companies
navigating the FEA infrastructure
vehicle control
boundary crossing planning
All interaction between users is done directly.
The user is solely responsible for:
reliability of information
legality of activity
compliance with legal requirements
document integrity
fulfillment of agreements with other users
The Service is not a party to the transactions.
All trades:
are negotiated directly between users
are executed without the involvement of the Service
are governed by separate agreements between the parties
The service is not responsible for:
default
quality of service
transportation delays
loss of or damage to goods
The service does not guarantee:
freight availability
vehicle utilization
delivery time
border crossing
customs work
The service is not responsible for:
transportation downtime
financial losses
fines and penalties
border delays
The user is solely responsible for:
document execution
customs declaration
compliance of cargoes with legal requirements
Service:
does not check the legal correctness of documents
does not provide brokerage services
not involved in customs clearance
The service may provide «Confirmed» status or similar marks.
Such a mark:
just means the fact that the individual data has been verified
is not a guarantee of reliability
does not confirm goodwill
The service is not responsible for actions or inaction of such users.
User agrees not to post:
false or misleading information
bogus shipments or offers
illegal content
spam
The Service has the right to remove any content and restrict access without explanation.
The service may provide paid features:
advertisement placement
advancement
subscriptions
Payments are made through third-party payment systems.
All payments are final unless otherwise provided.
The service is not responsible for:
any direct or consequential damages
lost profits
data loss
third-party actions
platform failures
The total liability of the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the services.
Users can operate in different jurisdictions.
Each user is independently obligated to:
comply with the laws of their country
take into account currency restrictions
comply with export and import regulations
The service does not bear responsibility for violations of the legislation by users.
Service is authorized:
restrict user access
delete account
block content
without prior notice for cause.
All rights to the platform are owned by the operator.
The User grants the Service the right to use the posted content as part of the operation of the platform.
The Service has the right to change the Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall apply.
